What’s included in the price?
Everything your pet needs is already included in the price. Our rates cover travel within our service area, dedicated time with your dog or cat, photo updates and all the essentials that keep your pet comfortable. We keep our pricing clear and transparent, so you always know exactly what to expect.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the booking duration and the moment of cancellation. Full or partial refunds may apply when cancelled in time. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Are travel costs included in the price?
Yes. All walks and pop-in visits include travel within our service area. Outside our area? No problem, contact us for a free quote.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cash, bank transfer, Bizum, or via a secure payment link where you can choose your preferred method (Wero/iDEAL, card, and more).
Do you charge extra on holidays?
Yes. Visits on Spanish public holidays include a small €2.50 surcharge per visit or walk.
Can you help with small tasks around the house while I’m away?
Yes. During pop-in visits and cat sitting, we can help with small household tasks such as bringing in post, watering plants, adjusting blinds, and checking doors and windows while we care for your pets.A small additional fee may apply if extra time is required. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll be happy to include it in your visit.
Do you offer discounts or reduced rates for recurring visits or extra pets?
Yes. Clients with two or more monthly bookings qualify for our recurring pricing shown in the table above. For all services, each additional dog or cat adds a €2.50 fee per visit.
