Everything your pet needs is already included in the price. Our rates cover travel costs within our service area, time with your dog or cat, updates and the essentials that keep your pet comfortable. We keep our pricing clear so locals, expats and holiday visitors always know exactly what their pet care will cost.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or move your booking up to 24 hours before the visit at no cost.
Are travel costs included in the price?
Yes. All walks and pop-in visits include travel within our service area. Outside our area? No problem, contact us for a free quote.
Do you charge extra on evenings, weekends or holidays?
Yes. Evenings, weekends and holiday visits include a small €2.50 surcharge.
Can you help with small tasks around the house while I’m away?
Yes. Light tasks such as bringing in post or watering plants are possible for a small additional fee. This is already included in the cat care plan. If you need anything more, feel free to ask.
Do you offer discounts or reduced rates for recurring visits or extra pets?
Yes. Clients with two or more monthly bookings qualify for our recurring pricing shown in the table above. For all services, each additional dog or cat adds a €2.50 fee per visit.
